GROUP CLASSES
Strength & Conditioning
Build functional strength, improve endurance, and develop athletic performance in our coach-led group classes. Our Strength & Conditioning program runs in focused 4-week training cycles on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Each cycle is programmed with intention — progressive overload, movement variety, and performance benchmarks to keep you improving. Included with all memberships.

BEGINNER PROGRAM
Intro to Strength Training
Never touched a barbell? No problem. Our Intro to Strength Training program pairs you with a coach for three one-on-one sessions designed to teach you the fundamentals — proper form, breathing mechanics, and movement patterns that set you up for long-term success. You'll build confidence, learn to move safely, and walk into any class feeling prepared.

1-ON-1 COACHING
Personal Training
Fully customized one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your body. Whether you're training for a sport, rehabbing an injury, preparing for a competition, or just want focused attention from an expert coach, personal training at Wildwood Athletics delivers a program built entirely around you.

24/7 ACCESS
Open Gym Access
Train whenever it fits your life with round-the-clock access to our full facility. No waiting for equipment, no crowded floors, no peak-hour chaos. Just you, quality equipment, and the freedom to train on your own terms — morning, night, or anywhere in between. Available with all membership levels.

RECOVERY & WELLNESS
Recovery Services
Training hard means recovering smarter. Our dedicated recovery tools and services help you reduce soreness, improve mobility, and bounce back faster between sessions. Stay consistent with your training by giving your body what it needs to perform at its best, day after day.
