    Not at all. Whether you've never touched a barbell or you've been training for years, we meet you where you are. Our Intro to Strength Training program is specifically designed for beginners, and our coaches scale every workout to your level.

    You'll sit down with a coach for a free intro session where we'll talk about your goals, your training history, and what you're looking for. From there, we'll recommend the right program and walk you through the facility so you feel completely comfortable before your first workout.

    Wear comfortable athletic clothes and supportive shoes — cross-trainers or lifting shoes work best. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you'd like. We have everything else you need at the gym.

    Absolutely. Our functional fitness approach builds lean muscle, boosts your metabolism, and improves your cardiovascular health. Combined with consistent training and coaching guidance, members see real, lasting results — not just quick fixes.

    Yes! Drop-ins are welcome at $15 per day for open gym or classes. If you're dropping in for a class, please arrive 15 minutes early. For open gym drop-ins, give us a call ahead of time at (828) 559-1776.
